Jigglypuff is a very sweet, cuddly kitten. He loves to play with his sister all day, and then cuddle up with his foster family on the couch in the evenings. He has formed a close bond with his sister Mew, so they would love to be adopted together. He’s very talkative, and will tell you when he’s hungry or demands attention. He has been around older cats and dogs.
